LIVHOMEWARES.COM SHIPPING POLICY
All LIV HOMEWARES orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. Please allow up to three business days for the provided tracking information to update.
Currently, shipping times may vary due to impacts related to ongoing industry logistic challenges, postal service staffing issues and delays, and government orders that impact our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited-edition releases and promotions.
SHIPPING FEES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Our distribution center is located in Vancouver, Canada.
$12.00 Flat fee for Shipping within Western Canada Canada.
$15.00 Flat fee for Shipping within Eastern Canada and Territories.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
3-10 business days once your order has been processed and shipping conformation has been sent.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time
Customer is responsible for ALL duties & taxes upon receipt of the product. LIV HOMEWARES does NOT pay for any international duties & taxes.
If you are shipping to or ordering from outside Canada, the customer will be responsible for paying for any and all local taxes, duties and other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of the package.
Please allow 14-21 business days for all international shipments to arrive.
LIVHOMEWARES.COM REFUND POLICY
At Liv Homewares we want you to fall in love with your decor pieces in your home. If you receive an item and are unsatisfied we are able to offer refunds at this time. Please send us an email at email@example.com or fill out the contact form on our contact page. All return or exchange emails have to be received within 5 days of product being received at final destination. Once item is received, your return or exchange will be processed.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.
We will replace products that arrived damaged. Please fill out the contact form or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damage and we will get back to you within 7 business days.
Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Liv Homewares is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit but are more than happy to work with you to find a reasonable outcome.
Each stoneware item is handcrafted and will vary in texture and design. Made from 100% natural stone, no two decor items will be alike. Your item will also differ in design from the one shown on the product page.
Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. If there is an issue with the candle itself, please follow the steps above for a replacement product.
