Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade, customized nature of our products we are not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. However, if any problems arise throughout your ordering experience, please reach out and we will gladly assist you.
Due to the increase in package theft, if your package has gotten stolen from outside your home, please contact us and we will gladly contact our shipper to inquire. We are able to offer replacements on candles, with additional shipping paid at buyers expense.
All embroidery orders should arrive in a safe and secure mailbox due to the nature of their shipment.
All art orders require signature at door.
